From Prosecutor to Premier Civil Rights Advocate

After graduating with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1989, Don honed his skills at Strasburger & Price LLP before serving as a formidable Assistant District Attorney in Dallas.

In 1993, driven by a passion for justice and courtroom excellence, he founded The Law Offices of Don Tittle, PLLC and quickly became a leading advocate for clients facing complex legal challenges.

In recognition of his outstanding trial skills, Don was named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers.

Adjunct Law Professor - Southern Methodist University School of Law

Since 2015, Don annually teaches Fundamentals of Police Misconduct Litigation, focusing on important civil rights cases, several on which Don was lead counsel. This interactive seminar teaches students how to advocate on behalf of individuals whose civil rights have been violated.

Beyond his courtroom success, Don is deeply involved in the Dallas community. A lifelong resident, he actively supports local sports teams, enjoys golf, tennis, and water skiing, and passionately engages in political discussions and live music events.

Don, his wife Jenni, and their son Luke attend Lakepointe Church in Dallas, demonstrating their commitment to faith, family, and community service.
